Traffic Study
Do you guys ever see those people.. usually sitting in a green SUV.. on the side of the road and they have a big white sign on the door of the car that says Traffic Study.. or something like that. What are they doing?? Counting cars? For 8 hours? Does anyone know anything about this? I don't know why.. but I ALWAYS slow down a little.. like maybe they are using the radar on me or something and they are going to call the cops..

You slow down a little? That's hilarious. I thought I heard that they were counting cars once, something to do with intersection lights a lot of the time??
I saw them about a month ago on State St. & Blair High...yet still no light there - which it's DESPERATELY in need of, especially in the mornings. Ridiculous.
Good question though Jill! And how would you get signed up for that. BORING!
