Love This Place!

Can I just tell you how much I love this store. I don't go there very often because I tend to find too many things that I "need" and my bill ends up being way too much! I did go there today for a few things. I get my peanut butter there, and I am making a recipe that called for sun dried tomatoes so I just went there and bought theirs off of the Antipasta bar. I see people in there that are totally doing their grocery shopping. I don't know how they can afford it, but let me tell you that if money was not object to me I would totally shop there all the time! I have been doing some looking into "organic" and "all natural" eating and it is VERY interesting! Pretty sick all the things they add to our food to preserve the flavor or make the shelf life longer. It is no wonder so many people are sick and overweight!!

Never been, maybe I should check it out, but am scared I'll really like shopping there and groceries will be even more than all the crap I buy.

Oooohhh, would it ever be so nice to have a thousand dollar grocery budget or something and get LOOSE in there! Isn't it ironic eating healthy is so expensive?! I swear when I went mostly organic/no-preservative eating three years ago after 'the week my Mom had Breast Cancer', that I lost three pounds. I know it was fluid that my body was sucking onto when I had all that preservative crap in there. It's hard to eat 100% clean, but your body sure does thank you for it! (They have really great flowers there, too! We're getting ours from there now.)

Oh if I could shop here. Brian and I would both be healthier and "wholer" (it's a word). But crimanellis! The cost is ridiculous - so I TRY to find things at Target/Walmart/HyVee that are healthy and that I can afford on a more regular basis.
One thing that I have "gotten into" is the veggie burgers. Way more healthier for you, lotsa protein and calcium - but definitely not a complete substitute for a regular burger...girls gotta have her beef ya know! But the veggie burgers are good for a super quick lunch or dinner (or snack, ahem) because they come in frozen patties and cook on the stove in less than 10 min. ALSO - has anyone tried the V8 Fusion drink? While not completely "all natural" there's some good junk in there! 8 oz counts for one veggie and one fruit serving! Fantastic! The Blueberry/Pomegranite one is super!
That's all I got. Peace.
