Has anyone noticed that talking on your cell phone has reached a new low? So I don't talk on mine in public very often, and if I do, I try to do it discreetly and very quietly. (The only person who usually calls me while I'm out and about is usually Jay asking if Antonia needs Tylenol. "She's never needed Tylenol since she's been born, Jay. How about you try feeding her.") Anyway, twice in the last week when I've been in public, there have been people on their cell phones WITH THEIR SPEAKERPHONE ON FULL BLAST!! LIKE I WANT TO HEAR YOUR MOM GIVE YOU DIRECTIONS TO YOUR UNCLE LARRY'S HOUSE!!! Are you serious?? Just hold the phone up to your ear. It's eight inches away from where you're holding it right now! You have got to be kidding me. Next time I hear it, I swear I'm saying something. The evil eye apparently isn't working. Please tell me this isn't going to be the next level of inappropriateness and annoying-ness. Thank you to all the little people for helping me post again. Namely, Colleen. You complete me.

LOVE IT! Way to go on the post and hand over that Petition Antonia....Auntie Colleen will surely sign it...my pet peeve is the people with their blue tooth, hidden ear thing-a-ma-bobs talking and they just look like they're talking to themselves or to you and sometimes I turn as if to say "what" and then you feel like a dumb-ass as they are talking to Uncle Harry in Colorado.....but I kinda want one (for just around the house)

ok. no, my favorite thing is people who have their cell phone hanging from a clip on their belt of something and they walk around holding the little microphone attached to a wire to their cell phone.. and they talk into this little peice.. like they are SO busy they can't possibly HOLD the cell phone to their ear while they are shopping or something.. sheesh.
