Welcome to Season Three!!! We here at Grey's are all really excited about the new season and dear God, I hope you are too. I personally was itching to get back to work. I'm not a vacation kind of girl. I'm also clearly not a girl who exists well outside the four walls of Seattle Grace Hospital. I was missing George and the gang. So coming back to work was all about joy. But right now, this minute, today? I'm also kinda nervous. --Shonda Rhimes
