I don't know how many of you go to Stabucks often.. but right now they are running this promo with itunes. Everytime you buy a coffee you get a little card for a free download of a cool stabucks song! Mr. Jim goes to Stabucks A LOT to get himself a cup of Joe so he brought home a bunch of them. We entered all the codes tonight and downloaded a bunch of songs! Most of them are really awesome... totally good mood music. There were a couple songs that I didn't like and I argued with Jim about why we were downloading songs we wouldn't listen to and take up hard drive. He said with a disgusted look, " Jill.... there free!" So of course we must download them.. so we can fully take advantage of ANYTHING Starbucks and itunes is giving us! :)So we both made our own Stabucks mixes tonight.. plus throwing in a couple of other songs we like. We both are chomping at the bit to get in our cars in the morning and throw in our super duper new cool mixes and JAM on the way to work! Jim said he was worried he wouldn't be able to make it into work.. he would just sit in his car and listen.. I will be taking my mix INTO work! haha!
If anyone would ever like to come over and look at our expansive collection of music on itunes and play DJ for a day and make a nice little mix that you can shake your groove thing to, please call me.

And what the hey?! I just got Jay a "Venti Vanilla Latte" today and got no such free song thingamajig. Do they not do it in the drive-thru or something? Anyway, glad you're so stoked about your tunes, Mullens!
I may have to take you up on looking through your tunage. I am a little bit bored with my mixes and I must say I am a little musically challenged!
Ditto to Erica, I love new music but suck as a dj as I'm not even sure how to download music...plus have no where to play it! Jill is an awesome music maker! A master of music we can call her. I am wondering if you have or know of the song that was at the end of "The Hills" this week...I loved it!!!
hmm. i can find out what it was i bet... i love doing music research! i have found lots of songs from tv shows.. Lost, Grey's Anatomy, ipod commercials (those are hard sometimes..) Gap commercials.
Jami - i wonder if Jim goes in.. or if they only do it sometimes? i have no idea.
